Inventory is down in 7 of 9 areas.

Months of Inventory (absorption rate) is down in Broomfield, Longmont and dramatically down in Louisville.

Louisville has been in a Seller's Market for 9 of the last 11 months AND January was the 3rd month in a row of FALLING Months of Inventory in Louisville.
